Vatika Reopens Sales for Sovereign Park and Seven Elements

Vatika Group has launched Phase 2 of two residential projects—Sovereign Park in Sector 99 and Seven Elements in Sector 89A, both located within the integrated township Vatika India Next 2, spread across sectors 88A, 88B and 89A, with excellent connectivity to three major National Highways: NH 48 (Delhi Jaipur Highway), NH 248BB (Dwarka Expressway) and NH 352W (Pataudi Road).

Project Scope and Configurations

Sovereign Park comprises 12 towers with 12 floors each, totalling 312 units, spread over 10.3 acres. The 3 BHK apartments start at Rs. 3.76 crore, while 4 BHK units are available from Rs. 4.37 crore.

Seven Elements has been awarded a Gold Rating by SEAC (State Expert Appraisal Committee) Haryana for its environment-friendly design. The project features low-density living with only 45 families per acre, and includes 2.5 acres of greenery with a tree-lined driveway and fountain entrance.
