Vatika INXT 2 Plots spanning Sectors 88A and 88B are now RERA approved, marking regulatory clearance for the plotted component of the developer's integrated township in Gurgaon's emerging New Gurgaon corridor.

Vatika India Next 2 is an integrated township in Gurgaon, spread across sectors 88A, 88B and 89A. The township is designed as a mixed-use development combining residential plots, independent floors, retail, and civic infrastructure across a large footprint. The township comprises 2 group housing projects, 2 plotted developments under DDJAY scheme and 140+ acre of plotted Township featuring 15,000 residential units out of which 2,250 units are under construction.

The project has 421 units available and is expected to be delivered by Dec, 2029.
